Sunday 1st July sees one of the biggest bands in the world return to Scotland after four years, armed with a groundbreaking new album. Arctic Monkeys make their only UK festival appearance this summer heading the Main Stage to ask TRNSMT if they look good on the dancefloor. Alex Turner and co will be joined by the mighty Interpol, having reformed and returned to the studio over the last two years while Sunday’s line-up also features Blossoms, Nothing But Thieves, Miles Kane and Tom Grennan who’ll provide the ultimate party atmosphere against the amazing backdrop of Glasgow Green.

MUSIC ICONS COMES TO SCOTLAND!

TRNSMT’s second weekend is sure to get off to a singalong start as Friday 6th July sees Queen + Adam Lambert bring one of rock’s most iconic acts to Glasgow Green, alongside Scottish heroes Texas and The Temperance Movement, glam rockers The Darkness and Alabama 3. Playing their first ever Scottish festival date, Queen + Adam Lambert will showcase one of the biggest rock attractions in the world right now with a show that will prove why they are still the champions.

Closing the festival two days later are The Killers, one of the most consistently incredible live bands on the planet. It’s been a full World Cup since the band last played an outdoor show in Glasgow and we’re sure that once again, Brandon and co will have Scotland well and truly looking on the bright side. There’s also no shortage of Scottish homegrown talent taking to the Main Stage on the closing day of TRNSMT, as CHVRCHES and Franz Ferdinand bring the party to their ever-energetic home crowd in Glasgow.
