TRNSMT 2018 will span across two weekends and five days. The event will return to Glasgow Green and have already revealed some of the brilliant acts to play the festival next year including headliners Stereophonics (29th June) and Liam Gallagher (30th June), those bands are joined by The Script, James Bay and Jessie J on the opening day plus Courteeners, Wolf Alice and J Hus on the Saturday.
There’s still three headliner announcements to come, and tomorrow Friday 1st December, will see the festival tickets on-sale to the masses. One, three and five day packages are available, as well as VIP options which offer access to a brilliant chill out area / picnic style and comfy seating, covered areas, DJs, acoustic performances, designated entry lane, gourmet food trucks, exclusive bars, post event party for 1 hour plus the all-important luxury toilets.
Talking about this year’s line-up event organiser and Head of DF Concerts Geoff Ellis said: “We were delighted to bring the news of Liam Gallagher’s headline show to the masses earlier last week and TRNSMT’s line-up is shaping up to be a brilliant celebration of world-class bands and local talent, over two weekends, for the first-ever time in Glasgow.”
Last year’s event was a triumph for TRNSMT, with amazing crowds, atmosphere and performances. The festival is up for UK Festival Awards including best new festival at tonight’s UK Festival Awards which takes place in London – something that would only add to the excitement for next year’s event.

One good thing to mention to them all would be that this is tier 1 pricing which will only be available for a limited time then the price will go up to tier 2. Also, there is a chance to do a price instalment plan if you are spending over £115 (equivalent of two days) meaning you only need to pay 25% at four points (one of them being when you buy your tickets) from now until the festival.
