APPLICATIONS for up-and-coming bands to play at this year’s Wide Days showcases are now open.
Affectionately referred to as ‘Scotland’s music convention’, the two-day event provides both seminars with important industry figures and the chance to see the next crop of the nation’s talent take to the stage in venues across Edinburgh.
Having previously given this sought after to artists such as Catholic Action, Be Charlotte, The Van T’s, Ded Rabbit, Fiona Soe Paing and more, It’s a chance for bands to perform their original material in front of an audience filled with receptive and influential figures.
