BEACONS METRO, a brand new city-based programme of music events, will mark the end of festival season this autumn with 100 bands playing at over 30 events during a 12-week period in Leeds and Manchester.
Leeds will welcome acts to venues across the city such as Headrow House, Canal Mills, Wharf Chambers and Belgrave Music Hall while Mac Demarco is already set to play Manchester’s Albert Hall on 12th September 2015.
Beginning on the 2nd October 2015, Beacons Metro Leeds has now confirmed its full line up with Northern chaps Everything Everything heading up the bill. Fresh from the success of their latest album ‘Get to Heaven’, the band will play Leeds’ Canal Mills on the 17th October 2015.
Joining them on the bill are a variety of brilliant acts such as Daniel Avery, Titus Andronicus, WAVVES, Ex Hex, Nimmo, Ghost Culture and Willis Earl Beal as well as a mix of up and coming local bands like Best Friends and Weirds.
There is also a notableScottish contingent featuring across the line-up with bands such as Baby Strange and Tuff Love both due to perform.
