C DUNCAN has made the exciting announcement that he is to join indie giants Elbow on their mammoth tour around the UK next year.

The tour will see the Scot and his band play some of their biggest venues to date in February and March, including appearances in Dublin, London and Edinburgh before culminating in a sold out run at Manchester’s O2 Apollo. Set to win over many more fans around the country, his carefully crafted soundscapes and emotionally resonant material will provide the perfect warm up to the Manchester favourites who recently announced their return.

C Duncan’s star continues to rise following the release of new album The Midnight Sun earlier this month; the fantastic follow-up to his Mercury-nominated debut Architect. He will be heading out on his own headline tour next January in support of the new album which will include dates at Edinburgh’s Sneaky Pete’s (24th January) and Glasgow’s Saint Lukes (26th January).

The Elbow tour which follows will provide him with an even bigger platform to showcase his material. The Manchester favourites revealed they would be returning with a seventh studio album set for release on 3rd February, their first since 2014’s ‘The Take Off And Landing Of Everything, along with their most extensive UK tour since 2008.
