CHVRCHES
have shared their installment of BBC Radio 1’s Bedtime Mix.

Curated by the group’s Ian Cook, he spoke to Radio 1’s Phil Taggart during a brief period of downtime and spoke about the reasoning behind his choices.

Featuring tracks from Scottish post-rock icons Mogwai, ambient pioneer Brian Eno, Shoegaze heroes My Bloody Valentine and many more, Cook revealed that while he doesn’t have a cyclical life that would allow him to listen to a playlist such as this due to touring commitments, he tends to listen to more “dream-like” material whilst on the road.

Last week saw the synth pop trio reveal details of two huge shows in 2016, announcing that they’ll perform at Glasgow’s huge SSE Hydro arena and London’s world famous Royal Albert Hall.
