THE CURE have been announced for this year’s Glasgow Summer Sessions.
Their first voyage to the country since 1992, the band will break their 20+ plus year hiatus from Scottish shows on Friday 16th August next year at Bellahouston Park.
With their peerless catalogue of pioneering indie rock in tow, the Robert Smith-fronted band behind such classic records as Disintegration, Pornography and Seventeen Seconds will be joined by longtime support act The Twilight Sad, post-rock icons Mogwai and The Joy Formidable.
Primed to be one of the most hotly anticipated shows of the coming year, tickets will go on-sale at 9am this Friday (26th October.)
