electricfieldsscreenshot-7-2ELECTRIC FIELDS festival has expanded its already impressive line-up with the addition of talented artists such as The Xcerts, KlOE and The Little Kicks.

Joining a bill which is comprised of a multitude of tremendous Scottish acts as well as a smattering of further flung musicians, the one day event is sure to be met with a rapturous response during its sophomore year.

Headlined by the lauded King Creosote after a year that saw him garner widespread acclaim for his stunning From Scotland With Love LP, other notable figures on the bull include Hector Bizerk, The Phantom Band, East India Youth and T Break stage alumni including Catholic Action and Crash Club.

In addition to this, the bill is also set to include various artists that found themselves nominated for this year’s SAY (Scottish Album of the Year) award including Happy Meals, PAWS and the aforementioned headliner of the event.

Growing exponentially since its inaugural year, this year’s event is primed to bring them even further towards the forefront of Scotland’s festival scene.

With a slew of special guests still to be revealed, Electric Fields will take place at Drumlangrig Castle in Dumfries on the 29th August 2015.
