FOOTAGE has emerged of Father John Misty delivering a stirring rendition of Arcade Fire’s ‘The Suburbs.’
The charismatic troubadour; who spent this weekend wowing fans at this year’s Glastonbury with a spellbinding set, has been sporadically covering tracks via a number of mediums.
Recent times have seen him turn his hand to tracks such as Nirvana’s legendary ‘Heart Shaped Box’ and the solemn ‘Bird On The Wire’ from Leonard Cohen, but this one is undoubtedly his best to date.
Laced with his typically captivating delivery and emotive guitar, it is sure to delight both fans of Misty and the revered Arcade Fire.
