FATHER JOHN MISTY is said to be in the process of finishing off his latest album.
Just over three months removed from the emergence of his third album under the moniker, the follow-up to the misanthropic cultural critique that was Pure Comedy is apparently on its way with a lot more haste than we’d have imagined.
Speaking during a recent show at Sydney’s Metro Theatre, the notoriously aloof and coy artist was frank with the audience and said that he’d be mixing his latest project ‘next week’ before it will be slated for release in 2018.
Set to embark on a huge UK tour in November, Father John Misty plays Glasgow’s O2 Academy on Thursday 2nd November.
