GLASGOW Summer Sessions announce Run The Jewels, Eminem and more for 2017 event.
Danny Brown and Russ also join the bill. Danny Brown exploded onto the Detroit scene in the mid-2000s, releasing his debut album ‘The Hybrid’ in 2010, and has also collaborated with Eminem. Russ, from Atlanta, recently signed to Columbia Records and released his single ‘What They Want’ which has since gone gold in the US charts.
The festival takes place over the weekend of 24th August 2017. This Eminem-headlined event will kick-off proceedings on the Thursday with more announcements to come. Last year’s event saw the likes of Biffy Clyro and Noel Gallagher play.

His performance at Bellahouston Park in 2013 was spectacular, so I have no doubt this will be one of the gigs of the year. Joining him on the bill are Run The Jewels, Danny Brown and Russ with Glasgow once again taking centre stage as a destination for the world’s biggest artists.“
