JAMIE T and Miles Kane have reportedly teamed up to work on new music.
A dream collaboration for many between two of the UK’s most enigmatic stars, the revelation came via the Wimbledon based singer/songwriter’s Instagram account alongside the proclamation that the Liverpudlian Last Shadow Puppet had ‘popped round for a cuppa and a chorus.’
The news is sure to be relieving to fans of both artists after what was a busy year for each of them respectively. While Jamie T had reemerged with the defiant Trick in September, Kane had what was one of the most productive years of his career alongside bandmate and close friend Alex Turner as they released their new record Everything You’ve Come To Expect and the lavish covers collection known as The Dream Synopsis EP.
Although there has been no official announcement, this hints towards the fact that Jamie’s creative purple patch over the past few years may still be in full swing and new music could very well be on the horizon.
The news also follows reports that Miles is slated to air new music which was created alongside American songstress and cult figure Lana Del Rey.
