With over 40 albums and a Mercury Prize nomination to his name King Creosote will also be joined by Blanck Mass, who will headline The Skinny’s Stage at the one day festival and joined by Vessels, Catholic Action, Birdhead, Fat Goth, United Fruit and Outblinker.

These band’s will play Electric Fields Festival on 29th August 2015 at Drumlanrig Castle in Scotland and join the bill alongside the likes of The Phantom Band, PAWS, Hector Bizerk, Crash Club and Kill The Waves. Check out the full line-up on the festival website.

Electric Fields is put together with the intention of showcasing the best up-and-coming music from around the country, with a ticket price that is easy on music lovers pockets, taking place at one of the most stunning locations in Scotland.

Commenting on the new wave of acts, Electric Fields Festival Director, Alex Roberts said: “To have someone like King Creosote headline Electric Fields in just our second year is unreal, we are so happy to have him leading the line.

“We’re also delighted to announce the first names for The Skinny stage, the likes of Blanck Mass and Vessels mean we have an even wider array of artists on the bill.”
