pioneers Kraftwerk have announced details of a lengthy UK tour which features stop-offs in both Glasgow and Edinburgh.

Largely considered to be the fathers of the genre, Kraftwerk’s innovative use of synthesisers has acted as a benchmark for creativity within the electronic realm and has resulted in the band commanding a widespread fanbase.

Marking their first fully fledged UK tour in 13 years, it will see them play shows in cities such as Liverpool, Birmingham, Manchester and more.

Taking their unique sound to the country’s grander venues, the Scottish leg of the tour will see them play Glasgow’s Royal Concert Hall and Edinburgh’s ornate Usher Hall in early June.

Bringing their 3D set up which they’ve primarily performed in museums and art galleries to Britain for the very first time, tickets for all shows will be available from Friday3oth September.
