KURT VILE has announced the details of a UK tour which features a date at Glasgow’s O2 ABC.
Unveiled alongside a set of cryptic images on social media that contain politically inspired picket signs emblazoned with the phrase ‘Vile 18’, the garage rock stalwart is set to hit the road with his band ‘The Violators’ in the latter stages of the year.
With speculation around his first solo album since 2015’s B’lieve I’m Going Down now reaching an all-time high, the new jaunt across Europe follows on from the release of last year’s critically acclaimed Lotta Sealice LP alongside beloved Australian singer/songwriter Courtney Barnett.
Set to take place throughout the course of October and November, tickets for all UK dates will be available from Friday 27th April at 10am via SeeTickets.
