THE long-awaited new album from Californian songstress Lana Del Rey has finally got an official release date.

After staying relatively tight-lipped about the details surrounding her latest project, the immensely popular artist has now sent her cult-like fans into a frenzy by confirming that the record will arrive on the 21st July.

Slated to feature collaborations with a slew of diverse artists including The Weeknd, Sean Lennon and Fleetwood Mac’s ethereal figurehead Stevie Nicks, the singer has claimed that Lust For Life will be a more ‘socially aware’ outing and will follow in the tradition of artists such as Joan Baez, Billie Holliday, The Shangri-las, Nina Simone and many more.

It is not yet known as to when we can expect her rumoured collaborative effort with Miles Kane to arrive.
