LIAM GALLAGHER
has announced his long-proposed return to the music industry in typically brash and unapologetic fashion.

Alongside being the frontman of one of the most instantly recognisable rock ‘n’ roll groups of the past 30 years, the Manchester native is known for being incredibly outspoken and has lived up to this reputation in recent times.

Hailed by many as one of the leading lights of British music thanks to his tenure in Oasis alongside brother/adversary Noel, it appears that he’s less than happy about the state of the modern industry and believes that he’s back to claim his rightful place at the top of the heap.

Taking aim at all modern guitar groups in one fell swoop, Gallagher tweeted “Be afraid you so called troubadours and you plastic rock n rollers give your paper crown 1 last cuddle coz I’m on my way LG X.”

Whilst it remains unclear what his return will consist of, Gallagher’s been an advocate of an Oasis reunion for many years but it seems more likely that any foray back into the music world will likely be in the capacity of a solo artist.

Gallagher last released new music of any kind in 2013 alongside his post-Oasis band Beady Eye, with the infamous singer largely retreating from the spotlight ever since.

We’ll be sure to bring you any updates on this developing story.
