THE iconic Neil Young announced the forthcoming release of The Hitchhiker, a previously unheard album from the golden age of his career.

Initially recorded in 1976 in the Malibu, California and committed to the depths of history until now, today has seen the lauded singer/songwriter unearth its acoustic title track with the promise of the record being released in its entirety on the 8th September via Reprise.

Featuring a slew of tracks that would later be reimagined at a later date such as ‘Powderfinger’ ‘Pochahontas’ and ‘Human Highway’, it also features tracks that have never been exposed to the public including ‘Hawaii’ and ‘Give Me Strength.’
