liamnoelOASIS have announced the upcoming release of a deluxe edition of Be Here Now which features unreleased music and bonus material.

The band’s third and arguably most experiemental record, the album was first released in 1994 and followed hot on the heels of the classic Definitely Maybe and What’s The Story (Morning Glory).

Often believed to be an underappreciated classic by the band’s fanbase, the new edition of the record will include b-sides, rare or unreleased material and a newly shared remix of ‘D’You Know What I Mean?’ that was originally intended as the starting point of an alternate take on the record.

Speaking of the retooled version of the classic track , Noel Gallagher has claimed that “as the years went by I’d started to accept that the songs on ‘Be Here Now’ were in fact insanely long… too long! Someone (I can’t remember who) had the idea that we re-visit, re-edit the entire album for posterity’s sake. We got as far as the first track before we couldn’t be arsed any more and gave up… It does sound fucking mega though!”

The deluxe version of the record will be made available on the 7th October in vinyl, cd and digital formats.
