KNOWN for their aloofness in regards to album announcements, it seems that Radiohead look set to release theirs any day now with new teasers on their recently minted Instagram.
Having rendered their digital footprint obsolete over the weekend and starting up all over again after clearing their social media accounts and making their website briefly disappear, the notoriously enigmatic group appear to have teased their first new material since 2011’s The King Of Limbs in the form of two stop motion videos.
Atypically cryptic, the two videos feature basic animations of a bird cheerfully tweeting and a far more imposing image of a group of masked men engaging in some form of ritual around a blonde woman that is tied to a tree.
Accompanied by the words ‘Dead Air Space’ atop their website, we can likely expect a formal explanation in the near future.
