photo (2) (1)OVER sixty of the most hotly tipped and speculated upon bands north of the border have been selected to be showcased at this year’s XpoNorth.

Formerly known as GoNorth, this year’s event is set to feature performances from acts such as Catholic Action, Hector Bizerk, Kathryn Joseph, Vladimir,  Crash Club and Tijuana Bibles.

Heralded as an important platform for new and emerging talent, the sixty strong line-up encapsulates all manner of genres and niches, ranging from unadulterated rock ‘n’ roll to lesser known sounds.

Occurring in Inverness between the 10th and 11th June 2015, XpoNorth director Amanda Millen has stated of the event: “Giving a platform to emerging talent and offering free practical, hands-on support is what we are all about. Showcasing the best new music has always been an integral part of the festival, but XpoNorth is now a wide-reaching festival which brings together a host of elements under one creative umbrella.”
