AFTER the release of their critically acclaimed I Don’t Like Being Honest EP last year, there’s a fair chance that you’ll find US alt-pop outfit The Aces on many ‘ones to watch’ lists for 2018.

Effortlessly straddling the line between indie and pop in a way that is reminiscent of The 1975, the band have garnered a strong reputation for their infectious hooks and immaculate, shimmering eighties-indebted tunes; the latest of which comes in the shape of ‘Volcanic Love’. Brimming with glossy guitar licks, joyful harmonies and lush melodies, the track exudes youthful vigour and confidence; volcanic even its most tender moments.

A group most definitely on the rise, the four-piece have also announced the release of their debut album When My Heart Felt Volcanic on 6th April. Check out the new track below.
