PSYCH-ROCK outfit The Black Angels channel German TV programme Beat Club on the brand new visual for their blistering single ‘I’d Kill For Her’.
Released earlier this year, the track is yet another thrilling exercise in menacing psych-rock from the band; an intense combination of smouldering fuzz and earworm hooks. Driven by a killer groove and indomitable rhythm section, it gradually builds in intensity before bursting into a squall of guitars in an explosive finale.
Widely regarded as one of the highlights of their recent Death Song album, the band have now unveiled an appropriately trippy video to go alongside it. With colours and images bleeding into one another, the psychedelic clip embodies the fascinating scope of the song; alluring yet with a deeply sinister edge.
The Black Angels come to Glasgow on 25th September to play SWG3. Tickets are available here.
