FOLLOWING three incredibly eclectic records to date, Foals are preparing to release number four and tonight release the second new piece of material in the form of ‘Mountain at My Gates’. After previously dropping the frantic track ‘What Went Down’, the band’s latest material is slightly softer with less aggressive guitars. With a catchy funky riff cementing the sound, Yannis Philippakis’ vocals bring power and energy in the choruses.
The video is as equally awe-inspiring as its soundtrack, utilising revolutionary ‘GoPro Spherical’ technology to enable viewers to delve into the video like never before.
