KENT four-piece Get Inuit can count Huw Stephens and Annie Mac among their fans, after the two DJ’s gave extensive play to their track ‘Mean Heart’, which featured on the bands debut EP.

Now the young band are returning with a follow-up EP titled Luge Lessons, and in preparation have released a video for the track ‘I Am The Hot Air’.

Looking like a cross between Brit-pop and Wheezer – cool rock n roll mixed with subtle humour – their sound steers between pop and indie, with some crunchy guitar and squealing vocals thrown in. It’s care-free and simple, and operates within a similar musical sphere to the slightly moodier Tuff Love, another up and coming indie band.

Luge Lessons will be released via Alcopop! Records on October 16th. In support of the EP they’ll be heading out on the road this October and November for a mixture of headline shows and support slots, including dates with Broken Hands, Brawlers and The Xcerts.
