love-buzzrd-615x400AN exciting two piece who specialise entirely in their own brand of relentless rock ‘n’ roll, Love Buzzard are truly something to behold. Currently in the midst of a jaunt up and down the length of the UK that is sure to supply them with new-found exposure, they’ve released the video for the engrossing ‘Cash.’

Brutal and unforgiving from the very first note, ‘Cash’ is defined by the visceral onslaught of garage punk guitar and harsh percussion that aids in propelling it forward. Scuzzy and refreshingly untamed, the delightfully dissonant sonics and squirming melodies lay the foundation for a scathing commentary on the many negative effects that our infatuation with wealth has on our lives.

Its accompanying video is equally frenzied and entertaining, containing animation from Russell Tayson that depicts their rampaging journey throughout an urban cityscape; armed with cash guns that render ordinary citizens as garish cartoons.

Headlining a show promoted by Glasgow’s own Dead Beet Records in the city’s Broadcast tonight (25th June 2015), it’d be advisable for fans of groups such as Cerebal Ballzy, Fidlar, Slaves and Spring King to head down and discover a new band to fall in love with.

Look for their forthcoming debut record Antifistamines in the near future.
