YOUNG punk rocker Misty Miller has shared the new video to her track ‘Girlfriend’, which is the latest single from her upcoming new album The Whole Family Is Worried.
The video exemplifies some of the potent stagecraft and chemistry that Misty Miller owns. In a similar style to Brody Dalle of The Distillers, Miller exudes forthright lyrics, quick-fire hooks and an admirable excitement that drenches out of her punk rock eminence.
Misty Miller has said that ‘Girlfriend’ was the first song she wrote in terms of emphasising what direction she was heading. She said, “I’d got my electric guitar and finally I could be confrontational and release energy on stage.”
The Whole Family Is Worried is released on 8th April 2016 via Sony Music, and Misty Miller will hit the road on an extensive UK tour to promote the release, including a date on the last stop of the tour at London’s Moth Club on 25th April.
