CARVING out their own niche due to a highly affected and emotive take on alt-rock that can console and counsel with similar effectiveness, We Came From Wolves have steadily risen up the ranks of Scotland’s music scene and are now making a name for themselves on a larger stage.

Armed with an array of catchy hooks, hard-hitting riffs and a general sleekness in their approach to an overpopulated genre which ensures that they stand out among the braying masses, the band are looking to capitalise on the momentum which was built from last single ‘Ruiner’ as they navigate their way through what’s been a prosperous year for the band.

Set to embark on a headline tour of the UK which was kicked off with a show in Glasgow’s Audio last night, TTV are pleased to bring you the exclusive premiere of the band’s brand new single ‘I Need Something.’

Expanding upon the deeply resonant and anthemic sound which has typified their material to date, ‘I Need Something’ sees the band throw themselves into their art in order to create a track which is at once immensely touching in its lyricism whilst retaining a sense of tangible chaotic energy.

Led by the versatile vocals of Kyle Charles James Burgess as he laments in his unashamedly Scottish brogue, ‘I Need Something’ begins with precision and trepidation before exploding into life with sweet and heartrending guitar lines and unyielding percussion.

Accompanied by a brand new video which sees the band in contemplative form before culminating with a rousing send-off for their preconceptions and issues as they’re finally laid to rest once and for all, it’s an excellent addition to their catalogue and one which is sure to garner them further acclaim.

‘I Need Something’ is released today via Saraseto Records.
