Words such as ‘innovators’ and ‘pioneers’ come to mind when their catalogue is considered; as their precise fusion of elements from rock, rap and, of course, dance music made for some of the most seminal hits of the 90’s and early 2000s.

Returning to the fold in 2015 with ambitions to re-assert their dominance over the industry, they’ve revealed the intriguing ‘Under Neon Lights.’

Featuring vocal contributions and input from the much adored St Vincent, her trademark style most certainly seeps through the whirring synths and enticing bleeps that are present throughout. Paired with an incredibly funky post-punk riff that will no doubt birth comparisons to a contemporary look at Talking Heads and their distinct sound, it makes for an unpredictable and wildly entertaining listen.

Headlining various festivals throughout the course of the summer including Glastonbury, Bestival and Creamfields, this year will also see the release of their new record Born In The Echoes, which is set to be available from the 17th July 2015 via Virgin EMI.
