IT’S been years in the making but The Horrors have once again graced us with their presence.
Capable of expanding their musical horizons with every new release, the London-based outfit have once again left us gleefully bewildered on ‘Machine’; their first new release since 2014’s fantastic Luminous LP.
Sounding every bit as vital as they did on records such as Primary Colours and Skying, the track sees the group once metamorphose into the realm of industrial and noise-rock with unabashed confidence.
Towing a fine line between auditory brutality and maintaining a semblance of a pop structure, there is seemingly nothing that the band can’t turn their hand to.
No details of the band’s much speculated upon new album have arrived but the band have announced an intimate show at London’s Omeara on the 11th July.
