FREQUENTLY  impressing since the formative stages of their career, Glasgow’s very own Tuff Love excel in producing dreamy, guitar based pop that it’s easy to adore.

Experiencing a busy summer period that’s taken them all over the UK, it seems that the band haven’t ceased the recording process either and have now revealed the accompanying video for ‘Duke’; the first taster from their upcoming EP that shall be released before the year’s end.

With vocals which manage to land in an enticing middle ground between passive and tinged with raw emotion, ‘Duke’ is packed full of exquisite and sumptuous guitar which works in tandem with a ceaseless drumming performance.

Bearing resemblance to iconic bands such as Violent Femmes and The Vaselines at their most tender, to say that we’re excited to hear their latest offering would be a laughable understatement.

The accompanying video is a fairly straightforward but entertaining affair, featuring the band’s heads encased in square boxes as they make their way through a plethora of  charmingly hand drawn backdrops.

Their forthcoming EP Dregs will be released on the 6th November via Lost Map.

Check out the video and get details of their upcoming shows including one at Glasgow’s own Hug and Pint below:
