TENEMENT TRAIL: Through the years 2013-2019

TODAY we look back on one whole year since TENEMENT TRAIL’S biggest sold-out event on Saturday 12th October 2019. We moved East. We took over some of the best venues in the city and we did it all with YOU, the brilliant TENEMENT TRAIL fans. The fans who have supported music discovery since the first session TTV put live in 2011.

Over the years, TRAIL has welcomed Lewis Capaldi, Sam Fender, The Big Moon, Yungblud and The Amazons into tiny venues. We’ve TRAILED the line-up around our favourite venues including ABC, Firewater, Nice N Sleazy’s, Broadcast, The Garage, The Priory, King Tut’s, Flat 0/1, St Luke’s, The Barrowland, Van Winkles and more with.

TENEMENT TRAIL has went from venues all over Sauchiehall Street to taking over the East End with some of the music industry’s buzziest bands. You trusted us when we told you to go check out Sam Fender and Lewis Capaldi, you found magic when Fatherson and Catholic Action played a secret set. You shut down the street trying to get in to see Rascalton, The Van T’s and Kassidy at midnight. Baby Strange and The Dunts played last minute sets in 2018 and 2019 respectively, with some of the biggest crowds of the day. We celebrated Gary Watson with a special film in the ABC. We trended on Twitter, we sold-out in the box office. We did it all with YOU.

As we navigate the turmoil that is 2020, one thing we remain hopeful for is that the best is yet to come. We’ll be back on day when we can, until then here’s some of our best bits from 2013-2019. Thank you TRAILERS.
