“We don’t want to record an album on a mobile phone!” Making our Ones To Watch in 2015 list, Hinds (previously named Deers but forced to change because they had upset another band with a similar name) stopped off in Glasgow on their tour for a show at the city’s Broadcast venue. We grabbed a chat in their hotel room over a beer before the show, as the Spanish band talk us through their support slot with The Libertines, their favourite acts, SXSW and the lowdown on their forthcoming debut album.
