THE heralded 7 West Studios have launched a brand new record label, management and production company.
Revered as a proving ground for many of Scotland’s prospering artists and vanguards of our latest musical upswing, the new imprint has been set up as a means to “support artists” and control their own destiny.
Based on this simple credo, the new startup unveiled the first wave of its roster today with The Dunts, BABY STRANGE, Spyres, The Roly Mo and Falkirk’s own Pleasure Heads
Split between its spiritual home in Glasgow and a new premises in London, the new collective are slated to release their first single in the form of The Dunts’ forthcoming new single ‘Marilyn.’ At time of writing, 7 West have teased a further announcement that is set to arrive this evening (08/10/19).
