LONG regarded as one of the music industry’s most culturally important and taste making events, Austin Texas’ South By Southwest (SXSW) is an arts conference which has the ability to propel an up and coming band to unforeseen levels of acclaim. With a slew of the world’s finest acts already preparing to undertake the journey, Austin’s British Music Embassy have revealed a number of bands set to play their evening showcase on Saturday March 21st.
Joining a line up which was already set to feature esteemed Scottish acts including Honeyblood and TTV favourites Hector Bizerk, bands such as Spain’s Hinds (formerly known as Deers), recent Rough Trade signing Girl Band and London’s Happyness will all grace the stage.
