BOB DYLAN has announced details of his forthcoming new album.
Set to be his 37th full length release (excluding the bootleg series) and hot on the trail of his Frank Sinatra tribute Shadows In The Night.the forthcoming record is entitled Fallen Angels and is set to emerge on an as yet undisclosed date later this year.
Coinciding with the announcement of the record is the news that the seminal artist will be heading out on a lengthy jaunt around the US and Japan.
Set to be supported by Mavis Staples of the famed Staples Singers and whose prominence was restored by recent collaborations with Public Enemy’s Chuck D, the Japanese leg will take place in April whilst he’ll perform in his native land throughout the course of June and July.
One notable fact about his touring schedule is that there’s a notable gap for the entirety of May, suggesting that perhaps there’s European shows that are yet to be booked.
