GLASGOW’S independent Dead Beet Records have announced that they will have a stall at this year’s The Great Escape in Brighton.
Occurring between the 14th-16th July, the festival’s final day will host an international label market, enabling labels such as Dead Beet and a string of others to sell their records and other merchandise in a bustling environment packed with music lovers.
Also announcing that they’ll be providing a great soundtrack for those perusing their wares, Dead Beet will appear alongside other prominent labels such as Bella Union, ATP Recordings and Ninja Tune.
Having enjoyed a productive year this far in which they’ve released several records and EP’s, they will adjourn to Glasgow’s The Old Hairdressers for a showcase on the 25th April 2015, with performances from London’s The Venus Lyx, Future Glue, Laura St. Jude and Vagabond Poets; not to mention DJ sets from Baby Strange and Jim Valentine.
Tickets for the event are available here.
