ARTISTS are now able to submit their applications to play at next year’s Eurosonic.

Returning to Groningen in the Netherlands for its 2020 event, ESNS will take place across 15th-18th January  and will once again showcase the very best emerging talent from all over Europe.

A crucial platform for artists hoping to make a name for themselves overseas, ESNS is known to attract over 4000 delegates each year, including representatives from over 400 international festivals.

Previous years have seen Scottish artists such as Be Charlotte, Gerry Cinnamon and Anna Meredith all make a lasting impression at the event while other notable names of years gone by include Fontaines DC, Dua Lipa, The Murder Capital, Shame, Pip Blom, Whenyoung and more.

Importantly, acts that play ESNS are eligible for the European Talent Exchange Programme. Giving artists an international boost, the initiative helps to facilitate the bookings of European acts on festivals outside their home countries and generate extensive media exposure for them across the continent.
