FATHERSON have announced details of their debut album and tour dates for 2014.
I Am An Island, is to be released on 7 April and the band will support Lonely The Brave during shows in January and February 2014.
The Glasgow four-piece have supported the likes of Frightened Rabbit and Twin Atlantic. Fatherson sold out their headline show at Glasgow’s infamous King Tuts venue in January 2013.
Since launching their music in 2010, the band have released two singles; Hometown in 2011 via King Tut’s in house label and First Born in 2012. Fatherson also recorded an acoustic session at Tenement TV HQ in 2012 performing tracks 43, James and Hometown.
The band’s new single I Like Not Knowing is taken from their forthcoming debut album. The melodic track features bold melodies and an upbeat tempo. This polished track is a nod to the success that is sure to unfold for the guys in 2014.
