THE much adored collaborative act FFS (Franz Ferdinand & Sparks) have announced details regarding their forthcoming single.
Entitled ‘Call Girl’, the track is taken from their lauded and highly inventive debut record; which was releassed via Domino last month.
Centered around a slinking and entirely inviting synth with a post punk-esque riff to boot; it is accented by a charismatic vocal performance from Alex Kapranos which has more than a hint of Bryan Ferry’s flamboyance embedded within it.
Fresh off the back of leaving fans in raptures at Glastonbury, the new single will be released on the 14th August 2015 via the aforementioned label.
Following the success that this endeavour has accrued thus far, the band will be heading off on a jaunt around Europe which will see them play several UK dates.
