GLASTONBURY announces cancellation of 2020 festival. A statement on social media released today, 18th March, advises ticket holders will be able to use their 2020 ticket for the 2021 festival.

The festival was due to take place in June and was the 50th anniversary of the event. Taylor Swift, Paul McCartney and Kendrick Lamar were set to perform. The cancellation comes after a long string of events have been forced to cancel following the worldwide epidemic of the Corona Virus.
