AFTER two years of incredible INDIE BRUNCH events throughout Glasgow in celebration of International Women’s Day, Tenement TV are delighted to announce the biggest event yet at St Luke’s Glasgow on 9th March. Tickets on-sale now.
Expect big tunes and DJ sets, creative market stalls, themed cocktails and a celebration of all things International Women’s Day as the Indie Brunch heads west after two years of sold out events.
Fans will enjoy DJ sets from incredible Scottish female artists Tina Sandwich + Emme Woods (The Joy Hotel), a welcome cocktail from Wolfie’s Whisky, ultimate indie pop tunes, independent female-owned market stalls and all round good vibes, with an optional brunch plate, all in aid of Glasgow Women’s Aid.
New for 2024, this year’s Indie Brunch will curate an array of independent, female-owned local businesses from jewellery to hand-painted pottery, bespoke art prints, vintage clothes and more. Stalls will include: Scotland’s first welded bracelet bar B51 Boutique so brunch-goers can purchase the TikTok-famous friendship bracelets for the ultimate International Women’s Day; Punts Pots will showcase stunning hand-painted pottery and homeware ; La Lune’s bespoke hand-painted posters and designs themed around International Women’s Day; the ultimate vintage clothes from Violet Vintage and Strange Ray Vintage ; crystals and handmade jewellery from Lewdelle Crude; bespoke drinks toppers from Manifest Designs plus designer clothes from Pure Barkin and vintage inspired art prints from Mellow Mind Design.
Guests will be treated to an International Women’s Day themed welcome cocktail from none other than Sir Rod Stewart’s Wolfie’s Whisky before partying the day away to incredible DJ sets.
Celebrating International Women’s Day, TTV is delighted to partner once again with Glasgow’s Women’s Aid, with last year’s event raising over £400 for the local charity. £1 from every ticket sold will be donated, with on the day donations encouraged. In addition, the female-owned stalls will also donate a percentage sold on the day to the vital charity who support women, children and young people experiencing domestic abuse.
