MEET Jelly – Glasgow’s Rising Indie-Pop Force Set to Make Waves with new music.
Emerging from Glasgow’s vibrant music scene, Jelly is carving out his space in the indie-pop landscape with a sound that blends anthemic hooks, dreamy synths, and shimmering guitars. His music is a soundtrack to the emotional rollercoaster of modern life – capturing love, self-reflection, and everything in between with striking sincerity and style.
His debut Glasgow gig will take place at The Attic on 19th June on-sale now here.
Taking cues from the likes of David Gray, MGMT, The Streets’ Mike Skinner, and Rex Orange County, Jelly fuses introspective, heart-on-sleeve lyricism with bright, feel-good production – creating songs that hit hard emotionally, yet feel universally uplifting.
Behind the scenes, Joshua (Jelly) has been honing his craft internationally – including a standout stint at Spain’s La Sierra Casa songwriting camp, where he collaborated with iconic names like Carl Barat (The Libertines), Kyle Falconer (The View), Stuart Zender (Jamiroquai), and legendary producer Youth (The Fireman, with Sir Paul McCartney).
Now, after years of writing, producing, and quietly shaping his sound, Jelly is stepping into the spotlight with bold intent. Named one of our Top 10 Artists to Watch in 2025, Jelly is ready to bring his distinct voice to a wider audience.
