KELIS has joined the line-up at this year’s Playground Festival.
Returning to Rouken Glen Park from 31st July – 2nd August, the R&B artist known for massive hits like ‘Milkshake’, ‘Millionaire’ and ‘Acapella’ will play Saturday 1st August alongside the previously announced CHVRCHES, Neneh Cherry, Scarlett Randle and more.
Kelis’ appearance in Glasgow coincides with the 20th anniversary of her popular album ‘Kaleidoscope’ which she will perform alongside a plethora of additional hits from the nineties and early noughties.
Back for its second year, Playground Festival will bring headliners Underworld, CHVRCHES and Flaming Lips to Rouken Glen Park in the south side of Glasgow. They will be joined by the likes of Leftfield (DJ set), BETA Waves, Neneh Cherry, The Wailers, Craig Charles, Nightmares on Wax, Colonel Mustard and the Dijon 5 and Luna The Professor.
