THE line-up for the goNorth festival tour tent at Wickerman Festival has been announced. Making the bill are the likes of United Fruit (pictured above), Vladimir and Broken Records.
The tent is returning for the fourth year, and showcases a wide variety of up-coming acts from all around Scotland as well as the international scene. The acts are chosen based on submissions and their live appearances at the goNorth Festival which took place earlier in the year.
goNorth project manager Alex Smith said, “We are really looking forward to returning to the Wickerman this summer. The festival provides a fantastic platform for showcasing a wide range of emerging talent and fully embraces the diversity of the acts that play in the goNORTH Festival Tour Tent. It is very exciting to be included in one of the most prestigious music festivals in Scotland”.
Wickerman Festival takes place on the 25th and 26th of July this year, marking its thirteenth year. The headline acts are Dizzee Rascal and Del Amitri, with bands like The Feeling, Alabama 3 and Big Country also making appearances.
