MAC DEMARCO has revealed that his new album This Old Dog has leaked and is available to listen to Limewire and different peer-to-peer file-sharing networks.
Originally slated for release on 5th May via Captured Tracks, DeMarco shared the news during his Coachella set over the weekend. “We’re gonna play a song that we’ve only played twice before,” he said before performing ‘On The Level.’ “It’s a new song, came out a couple days ago — but you know what? The album leaked yesterday, so I don’t give a shit anymore! Download it! PirateBay, torrents.to, SoulSeek, Napster, LimeWire, Kazaa…Just get it.” You can watch the moment below.
Having already shared a number of new tracks such as ‘On The Level’ and the album’s title track, This Old Dog is shaping up to be another massive release from the lo-fi rocker and cult hero. Last week he announced a new UK tour which will see him return to Glasgow to play the Barrowlands on 24th November.
