THE MACCABEES have added a Glasgow date to their farewell jaunt around the UK.

After announcing their sudden departure from the music world in August of last year, the indie stalwarts who captured the imaginations of fans everywhere with Colour It In before continuously evolving on each album will head to Glasgow’s O2 Academy in May for one final performance in front of an impassioned Scottish crowd.

Taking place prior to their shows in Manchester and London in June, the band will head to the city on Friday 23rd June in between dates in Birmingham and Newcastle.
