THE search for burgeoning UK talents to play this year’s Mad Cool Festival is now on.

Held in the Spanish capital of Madrid, this year’s event comes complete with a stellar line-up of indie rock royalty and artists from across the spectrum including The Cure, Bon Iver, Iggy Pop, The National, Ms Lauryn Hill, Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds, The Chemical Brothers, The 1975, Vince Staples, Robyn,  Lewis Capaldi, The Snuts and many more.

With the festival edging ever closer, organisers have now opened the floodgates for submissions from acts that’d like to get the chance to test their mettle at such a prestigious event.

To be in contention for a slot, all you have to do is log onto https://www.madcooltalent.com/ .

Open from today, submissions will be accepted between now and 13th May. From there, the final 50 will be selected through the means of a public vote before it all culminate in the winners being chosen Wednesday 19th June. For UK acts, two coveted slots are up for grabs whilst 5 bands from the rest of the world will make their presence known at the event.
