MAN OF MOON are set to keep up their momentum in 2020, with an Independent Venue Week tour across Scotland and England.

Hot on the heels of an immensely successful 2019, March of this year saw the release of the duo’s second EP Chemicals, their first offering since 2016’s ‘Medicine’. The tour that launched the project included a sold-out show in Glasgow’s Stereo, which incorporated spectacular visuals into a performance that reaffirmed their place among the best of emerging Scottish talent. This time around, they’ll be heading to The Poetry Club on Tuesday 28th January.

Having supported Arab Strap over two dates back in 2016 at The Barrowlands, Man of Moon attained another sought after endorsement from Scottish heavyweights by touring with The Twilight Sad, and, with their ears no doubt still ringing, the duo have announced that they’re off on their own headline tour as part of Independent Venue Week. They’ll be on the road for six of the seven days of the week, celebrating the venues that give new artists a platform alongside recognising the hard work of the people who provide the infrastructure for these cherished hubs of creativity and culture.

Independent Venue Week takes place between 27th January and 2nd February, and if you happen to find yourself in any of the cities Man of Moon are playing, you can bear witness to their immense live show in the type of venues that every great band makes their name in.
