IT has been revealed that legendary artist Prince is preparing to release a new album of original material.
Entitled The Hit & Run Album, the news of its existence emerged during a radio interview with his current band 3RDEYEGIRL.
Speaking in reference to what fans can expect from the forthcoming record, the band divulged that it is sure to go down well with “hardcore” Prince fans.
They stated that: “This album is absolutely for them, because it’s super funky. It’s weird, there’s a lot of experimental sound. It’s just hit after hit and definitely caters to those fans who just love to hear what Prince has to say, rather than wanting to always hear that classic Purple Rain Prince sound.”
Set to feature the outstanding ‘HARDROCKLOVER’ and an as yet unreleased track known as ‘1000 hugs and kisses’, the typically elusive artist hasn’t released any concrete release date as of yet.
